    What does this mean for SEO and the digital world?


    The idea will be that (from the CNET report), “geo-fenced apps that might push out coupons or other promotions to lure customers into a store could also incorporate friends' thoughts, and even location--thus adding context and personalization to what may otherwise come across as a spammy, intrusive hard sell.”
