    Health - Health Online 2013 - Pew Internet and American Life Project
    81% of U.S. adults use the internet and 59% say they have looked online for health information in the past year. 35% of U.S. adults say they have gone online specifically to try to figure out what medical condition they or someone else might have. Online resources join the stream of information flowing in from people's interactions with clinicians, family, and fellow patients. 

    When respondents were asked about the last time they had a serious health issue and to whom they turned for help, either online or offline:

    - 70% of U.S. adults got information, care, or support from a doctor or other health care professional.
    - 60% got information or support from friends and family.
    - 24% got information or support from others who have the same health condition. 

    This report also updates the Pew Internet Project's trends related to the social life of health information and peer-to-peer health care. It can be downloaded here.

    Mobile - Mobile Consumer Behaviour France - Google
    With smartphone penetration in France now at 38% and 55% of smartphone owners accessing the Internet every day from their device, mobile has become an indispensable part of our daily lives. Google partnered with Ipsos OTX Media CT to understand how the growing adoption of smartphones has transformed consumer behaviour from media consumption to commerce to connecting with the world around us.     Mobile - Mobile Phone ProblemsPew Internet and American Life Project
    Even though mobile technology often simplifies the completion of everyday tasks, cell phone owners can also encounter technical glitches and unwanted intrusions on their phones. In an April 2012 survey, the Pew Research Center’s Internet & American Life Project assessed the prevalence of four problems that cell owners might face: Dropped calls, receive unwanted sales or marketing calls, get unwanted spam or text messages and experience slow download speeds that prevent things from loading as quickly as they would like.
